Kyla Seguin is a Certified Personal Trainer with over seven years of experience in the fitness industry, driven by a genuine passion for helping athletes reach their full potential.
She began her academic journey at St. Clair College, earning a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion before continuing her education overseas at Munster Technological University, where she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Coaching and Sports Performance. Kyla’s coaching style blends science with practicality. With a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, she builds individualized strength and conditioning programs designed to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and support long-term athletic growth. She believes in creating structured, purposeful training environments where athletes not only get stronger and faster, but also build confidence, resilience, and accountability.
Throughout her career, Kyla has worked with athletes across a wide range of sports and competition levels. She spent two years involved in both men’s and women’s Gaelic football and continues to support athlete development within organizations such as the Windsor Spitfires and the Lakeshore Canadiens. Whether working with grassroots athletes or high-performance competitors, Kyla is committed to tailoring her approach to meet the unique demands of each individual and team.
At the core of her work is a simple goal: to help athletes become stronger, more durable, and more confident, not just in their sport, but in everything they pursue.
